Refunds, Payments & Chargebacks

1. Pricing & Billing Authorization

You authorize LiveSotori LLC and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, including applicable taxes and fees. You agree to keep payment details current for installments/subscriptions.

2. All Sales Final (No Refunds)

All sales are final. Due to the digital and intellectual-property nature of our Services and the immediate access often granted, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

3. Chargebacks & Collections

You agree not to file chargebacks without first contacting services@livesotori.com. Invalid or fraudulent chargebacks may be referred to collections and/or legal action, including recovery of related fees and costs.

4. Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes associated with purchases unless we collect them at checkout.

5. Event & Access Terms

• Tickets and digital access are personal and non-transferable unless we approve in writing.
• Missed sessions or non-attendance do not qualify for refunds or credits.
• We may revoke access for non-payment or policy violations.

Additional Legal Terms

This policy is subject to the LiveSotori LLC Terms of Use, including the binding individual arbitration agreement, class action waiver, force majeure, severability, and Florida, USA governing law & venue provisions. LiveSotori LLC also reserves the right to revoke or limit access to Services for violations of this policy. Any claims relating to this policy must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arose.
