Who is Carlos, he is a machinist of 14 years working 10+ hours to help support and raise his baby girl, Ailani. Carlos also has a wife that he has been married to for 8 years all in all he is your ideal good guy. Went to college and got his diploma at Sam Houston State University. Carlos is no stranger to hard work, telling us that while in college, he not only had a full course load, he worked full time, played semi pro football and managed to have a social life on the side. He jokes that it may not have been too friendly on his body, but it was a price to pay to get what he wanted. During the start of the pandemic, Carlos had a hardship that would change his life more than he knew. He was laid off from his work which at the time he had been employed there for 13 years! Seeing the uncertainty of the machining industry, during the time of his unemployment he decided to find different avenues in which that he could find ways that he could achieve his goals. Carlos looked into many things, drop-shipping, and ecommerce to name a couple. But the inventory and upkeep of researching the numerous items to see which one could possibly convert better(…or in his layman terms when he started, what would sell more) seemed an insurmountable task and made him continue his search.
After a few weeks of searching he ran across an advertisement for a program about making money online. He was elated that he had finally found something that could get him where he wanted to go. Mindset was their motivation was instilled but there was one problem, there was no traction! He watched all the videos and tried implementing what was given to him but being new to this whole industry he got nowhere. The lack of direction led him to different avenues of learning. After of few months of putting what he “learned” into action all he had was a non-function website that had little to no content and the curiosity to know what he was doing wrong. Finally Carlos was fed up, instead of giving up he went to the place where he had spent his thousands of dollars and asked the group for help. No reached out to me for a while. I was starting to lose hope. It was about that time when someone came and related to the question he had posted. She had been in the same situation as him and had come out of the other side.
It was then Carlos was introduced to a small community of entrepreneurs with a high energy mentor named Junior Anthony and his group called LiveSotori. Hopping on to see how the community worked was a breath of fresh air. Everybody was so inviting and it was truly a joy to actually talk to people. Although a bit under the weather he new that this was different than a lot of the research that he had done. Taking a look at the process that got Carlos of being in LiveSotori he had to first go through what is called, “a phenomenal workshop” called the 2-Day Live Workshop. It was Carlos who tells us that he was actually a little embarrassed to admit that the $8000 that he had previously spent did not give the value that he got from those 2-days. He new from those 2-days that he was ready to join the community called the Earn While You Learn (EWYL). Carlos’ recount of how his experience with the EWYL has been awesome. He says that it has been a lot of growth, a lot of education, and a lot of fun. The growth comes from the reading that they were required to do and applying the concepts that they learn. Education is the skills and tips that his mentor teaches for success. The fun that Carlos mentions is the getting to know the community and the bonds that have been built while earning income online. The transformation that Carlos says he went through is monumental. He felt that he was already a pretty good person but after being in the EWYL he has realized that there was so much that was still left to achieve and learn.
This is only the beginning!!!
